_builder_version=\u00bb4.4.3&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.4.3&#8243; custom_padding=\u00bb|6vw||8vw|false|false\u00bb]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investigar y denunciarla violaci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica del Estado de los derechos fundamentales de la poblaci\u00f3n y en particular de los afiliados a ASOINCA.<\/li>\n<li>Sistematizar los casos de violaci\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos y en particular el derecho a sindicalizarse y ejercer la actividad sindical ala interior de ASOINCA.<\/li>\n<li>Elaborar la ruta frente a la violaci\u00f3n de derechos humanos a nivel nacional e internacional.<\/li>\n<li>Investigar la violaci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos en las regiones y municipios, para lo cual los delegados deben tener una relaci\u00f3n directa con su regi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Construir la red desde la Instituci\u00f3n Educativa, el municipio, departamento y a nivel nacional en materia de Derechos Humanos, que fortalezca la huelga y empodere los derechos que como trabajadores tenemos y nos merecemos.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinar la lucha con otras organizaciones sindicales y populares para la defensa y conquista de los derechos.<\/li>\n<li>Contribuir en el estudio e investigaci\u00f3n de programas que contrarresten la violaci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica de los derechos humanos.<\/li>\n<li>Otras inherente a la comisi\u00f3n y a las que establezca la Junta Directiva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column_inner][\/et_pb_row_inner][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=\u00bb1&#8243;
